Boat Details

AP850 is a beautifully maintained single level houseboat with great indoor and outdoor living spaces. She is waiting for a new family to give her a new name and enjoy!

She has sleeping for 8-10 in beds from the 3 rooms on board. The Master has a Queen bed with storage under the bed and above. The 2nd bed has 2 x Double bunks with storage under and above. The 3rd bedroom offers 4 x ‘head to toe’ bunks making it perfect for the kids.

It offers a rear lounge layout with the kitchen and dining incorporated. The kitchen has a gas oven stove, microwave and 2 x electric fridges. A 7 stage fresh water filtration system has also been fitted to this boat. There’s plenty of space to sit with a lounge to seat 8 and a dining table for 6.

Adding to the comfort level all year round is a Rinnai Gas heater and fully insulated walls. (see pics) She also has new double roller blinds fitted throughout so you can really use this boat all year round. There are 4 TV’s onboard, a Satellite tracking dome which makes it Foxtel ready.

The outside of the boat has had all the cladding removed and replaced with alucobond including the eaves to reduce maintenance and give it a much more modern look. A large rear fold out awning hangs off the facia to extend out over the hydraulic duckboard.

The duckboard has also been modified to lift the tender or jet ski further off the back to keep the space useable when you have the tender or ski raised. There are 2 huge 6m side boards on either side. The starboard side has a hydraulic jet ski lift. To counteract the weight there is a ballast tank with electric fill/drain pump in the port side pontoon to keep the boat sitting level. Also on the starboard side up forward are strake bars to tie another ski or tender up to without risking damage.

Upstairs is another full kitchen offering seating for 8 on the island bench. Built into the island bench are another electric fridge, Smeg dishwasher, Siemens 8kg washing machine and a Siemens 8.5kg condenser dryer.

There is a 10 seater ding table and a big sun lounge. The upstairs area also has extensive LED strip lighting throughout.

The mechanicals keeping her running trouble free have just been upgraded also. It has 6 x 200Ah batteries. An 80Ah Outback Charge Controller.  A 9000w (3000w continuous) inverter charger with Victron Bluetooth monitoring. There are 6 new 275w solar panel on the roof to catch the sun and keep the batteries topped up. There is a 6Kva Onan commercial generator on board also as a back up.

A temperature controlled Bosch Hot Water is on board, and a 1hp wash down water pump if you need it.

The 165hp Mercruiser engine has been serviced and had a new drive leg installed in 2017. The pontoons have been inspected regularly with the boat slipped every 4 years.

This boat needs to be inspected to see just how much it really offers.
